Erin Hall

Service Advisor

Erin has been on the Northtown Auto Clinic team since 2014. Erin graduated from the Kansas City Art Institute in 2012 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Art History and is an ASE Certified Service Consultant.

Erin is married to Bryan, with their 2 cats, Oliver Boots and Beau Narrow, and 2 dogs, Mercedes Buns and Lola Cola. In her free time, Erin enjoys remodeling her house, updating vintage furniture, and generally starting more projects than she knows what to do with.

When asked what type of car modifictaion should become a new widespread fad, she said personalized car horns.

Dustin Fizer

Technician

Dustin has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry and many more before that working on personal vehicles as a kid. His certifications include but are not limited to 5 ASE certifications and Ford Certified in Front End, Electrical, and Under Car.

Dustin lives with his wife Tara for over 20 years, two sons Tanner and Taden, german-shepard Diesel and chihuahua Lola. In his free time, he enjoys anything outdoors on his acreage up in Lawson, working on his personal hot rod, and fishing down in the Ozarks.

When asked the names of his two main cars right now, his '06 Corolla is named "Old Girl" and his '72 Nova is "Side Piece" because "she keeps taking all my money."

Hunter Mason

Technician

Hunter has been working in the industry for over 4 years now and is currently working on his ASE certifications.

Hunter has been with his long-time girlfriend Jami for over 5 years now. He enjoys riding around on his mini-bikes, getting up to shenanigans at the dunes, and catching us flat footed with his dry sense of humor.

When asked what car should have never been produced, he said the PT Cruiser (no offense PT Cruiser owners - he just had to work on 7 in a row one month and he still gets flashbacks)."

Tanner Fizer

Technician

Tanner (Dustin's son) has been working in the automotive industry for over 4 years and obviously many more before that working with his dad on their personal vehicles. He is currently working on his ASE certifications.

Tanner has been with longtime girlfriend Hannah for 4 years. He enjoys working on his multitude of personal vehicles, taking care of his menagerie of animals (at this point of publication, 3 dogs, 4 cats, 3 bunnies, 1 racoon), and attending his little brother's soccer tournaments.

When asked what the sexiest vehicle in existence is, he said the 1969 Camero SS (we think we may have gotten his taste in muscle cars from his dad).

Mathew Perales

Porter

Matt has prior experience driving forklifts for Ford and is currently training in house on how to service tires.

Matt moved to Kansas City from California 7 years ago and lives with his wife BJ and son Jameson. He enjoys all things Star Wars, video games, and good quality Mexican food.

When asked if he could only drive in one vehicle for the rest of his life, he said a 2005 Chevy Tahoe, specifically champagne colored.

Austin

Technician

Austin is a dedicated professional with over five years of hands-on experience and a lifelong connection to the Kansas City area, where he was born and raised. From an early age, Austin developed a passion for fixing things, problem-solving, and helping people, values that continue to guide his work today.

Known for his strong work ethic and attention to detail, Austin treats every vehicle as if it were his own, taking pride in doing things the right way the first time. His commitment to quality and care has earned him the trust of those he works with.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys spending time with his kids, playing video games, riding motorcycles, skateboarding, and tinkering with just about anything that can be improved or repaired. Those hobbies reflect his hands-on mindset and energetic personality- both on and off the job.

Erin

Service Writer and Service Manager

Erin is an ASE-certified Service Writer and Service Manager at Northtown Auto Clinic, bringing over 12 years of experience in the automotive service industry. A Kansas City native, Erin earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Art History in 2012, blending creativity with technical expertise in her career. She joined the Northtown team in 2014 and has been a dedicated, trusted presence ever since.

Erin’s favorite part of her job is helping customers truly understand their vehicle repairs—often using fun, relatable analogies that make even complex issues easy to grasp. Known for her kind, fun personality, Erin is a customer favorite who believes great service starts with clear communication and genuine care.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys knitting, biking, thrifting, and listening to audiobooks. She loves exploring state parks and the Pacific Northwest with her husband, Bryan, and their dog. Their next adventure? A trip to a dark sky park to take in the stars.

Jason

Technician, Service Advisor, and Parts Specialist

Jason has over 35 years of experience in the automotive industry, serving customers with honesty, integrity, and a true passion for helping people. He is ASE-certified as a Technician, Service Advisor, and Parts Specialist, holds an Associate Degree in Applied Science, and is a graduate of Lincoln Technical Institute.

Jason spent 12 years as a technician, operated a parts store for 5 years, and has over 15 years of experience as a Service Advisor and Service Manager. In 2024, he fulfilled a lifelong goal by purchasing Northtown Auto Clinic, where he continues to lead with the belief that making a customer’s day easier means the job was done right.

Born in Excelsior Springs and a lifelong Kansas City resident, Jason is deeply rooted in the community he serves. Outside the shop, he is an Assistant Pastor and licensed minister, reflecting his commitment to service both professionally and personally.

Jason married his best friend, Dawn, in 1997. Together they have five sons and eight grandchildren. He enjoys spending time with his grandkids, watching football, playing disc golf and golf, and doing life alongside his wife.

Above all, Jason is driven by a simple principle: treating people right, doing honest work, and always lead with integrity.

Jordeah

Technician

Jordeah “Jordy” brings seven years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry, backed by a lifelong passion for working on cars. She began learning the trade at a young age alongside her father, a technician, and turned that early exposure into a career when she started working professionally while still a junior in high school. Jordeah’s dedication never slowed—she went on to spend over two years training at the CDJR Training Institute and has continued to grow her skills ever since.

Outside the shop, Jordeah enjoys painting, video games, reading, going to the gym, and listening to music. She is grateful to have found not only a career she loves at such an early point in her life, but also the support of her husband and close friends along the way.

Marcos

Service Advisor

Marcos is an experienced automotive service advisor with six years in the industry. He holds ATI Service Advisor certifications and began his career in the dealership environment before bringing his skills and customer-first mindset to Northtown Auto Clinic in 2023. Marcos is committed to continuous growth and plans to pursue ASE certifications in 2026.

Originally from San Diego, California, Marcos relocated to Missouri in 2005, graduating from Cameron, Missouri in 2012. He later moved to the Kansas City area in 2020, where he continues to build both his career and community ties.

Outside of work, Marcos enjoys spending time with his family, watching music and historical documentaries, and keeping up with all sports—especially tracking stats. He married his wife Brittany in 2025, and together they are raising their six-year-old daughter Malina, along with three dogs and a hamster. Marcos values family, dedication, and delivering dependable service to every customer he works with.

Weston

Technician

Weston brings 11 years of automotive repair experience along with a genuine passion for both performance and people. Originally from St. Louis, Weston has called the Kansas City area home for the past 13 years, where he has continued to grow his career and reputation in the automotive industry.

A self-proclaimed enthusiast—and proud nerd—of all things 80’s and 90’s automotive, Weston has a deep appreciation for classic performance vehicles and enjoys building race cars whenever he gets the chance. His mechanical curiosity extends beyond the shop, as he also builds computers and guitars, blending technical skills with creativity.

Outside of work, Weston is an accomplished musician who enjoys spending time playing music, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, and gaming. Whether tuning an engine or fine-tuning a guitar, he approaches everything with precision and passion.

Weston cares deeply about improving the public’s perception of the automotive repair industry. He believes every customer deserves honesty, transparency, and an outstanding experience, and he works hard to ensure each person leaves with confidence in both their vehicle and their service team. His goal is simple: to change opinions by delivering exceptional service every day.

Zack

Technician

Zack is an ASE Certified Master Technician with over 20 years of hands-on experience in the automotive industry. His passion for cars began in high school and led him to pursue formal training at UTI, where he built a strong foundation for a lifelong career in automotive repair.

Zack is known for his attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to learning something new every day. He thrives on the challenges that auto repair brings and takes pride in diagnosing and fixing even the toughest problems.

Dedicated to Northtown Auto Clinic, Zack is a respected leader among his fellow technicians and a dependable resource for both his team and customers. Outside of the shop, he’s a proud father to his five-year-old daughter, who keeps him motivated and grounded.
