Had my 2008 Hyundai Accent (manual) towed here after it would not start in the cold. They attempted to sell me a new clutch, new catalytic converter, and a new crankshaft position sensor, at which point I deduced the source of my problems and had it brought back to me. SOMEHOW, during their test drives the clutch magically slipped out and became inoperable leaving me with a car that will no longer actually drive in gear, and this just so happens to be the most expensive ticket on the list of recommended repairs and replacements they suggest they take care of for me. These are not mechanics. They are grifters, and if you bring your car in for one thing, they will intentionally cause other problems in hopes you pay their outrageous prices for their services. If you have any doubts, read the other one star reviews because clearly I am not the only one. Don't bother trying to confront them, either, because they will repeat the same lie to you over and over without actually assisting you at all. The only reason they get one star from me is because 0 stars isn't an option. I'm looking forward to seeing whatever flimsy attempt at saving face they use to respond to this to make it seem like I'm in the wrong or that I'm somehow misunderstanding their dogsh*t business practices.

Like we discussed on the phone Sam, there is nothing we could physically do to your vehicle to cause the clutch or the converter to fail. You brought it in for the vehicle not starting (later found to be the crank sensor) – when the Hyundai eventually started for us, we attempted to test drive the vehicle but you failed to inform us that it ran so poorly when it would start. When we found the clutch was slipping, we immediately brought the vehicle inside to assess and found the converter plugged as well. Both items are sealed and it is not physically possible for us to tamper with them in such a way to manufacture failure like you are implying. If you feel otherwise, we invite you to take it to another reputable repair shop for a second opinion and we would be more than happy to discuss with them further. We are well familiar with the frustration of finding out your vehicle needs to be invested in, but we can’t be held responsible for items that likely have 115,000 miles of wear on them. Best of luck in your future endeavors.

Erin the receptionist is exceptional in positive customer service communication. My car was stranded overnight nearby with a dead battery. The tech walked to my car's location, did the jump start, then drove it to the station for recharging the battery. Very grateful for their same day service, and that I didn't have to have my car towed. If I lived here, I would make this my go-to station.

Having a car not start late on a super cold night is never fun - glad we could help get you moving again Karen!

Brought my car in for an oil leak and expected a huge bill. They called me to tell me it was just a loose oil filter. Many other places might have taken advantage, but the people shoot straight. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my vehicle maintenance. Thanks again for everything!
