Northtown Auto Clinic takes the hassle out of car repair. The work performed was excellent. One of my largest issues with other shops I have used, was not getting clear and timely information on the status of my vehicle. Northtown sent me an email when my car was being pulled in for service, sent me pictures of the work being done and sent me an email when it was ready without needing to prompt them for information. They also didn’t pressure me to perform work that wasn’t necessary. Thank you!!

this place has management that lies about repairs made. continued issues with the same repair I had to return for them to fix multiple times due to incompetence. one of the mechanics removed a hose from the IMRC valve, and did not replace it with the proper hose and the hose they did use was coiled under the engine, and not connected to anything. shady practices, and they will treat you as if you know nothing
