They did a very thorough inspection of my car, including pictures. They fixed the problem promptly and at a fair price. Erin is very friendly and takes time to explain everything. I had to leave my car and Erin gave me a ride home which was greatly appreciated. I will return the next time I need work done.

It was great to have you and the Volvo, Grace! We look forward to seeing you again in the future.

Top notched service. Very thorough. At any time they updated me with the status of progress, keeping me informed of any costs that might not have been included in the initial diagnosis of the issue. I will use Northtown to take care of all my needs with my car from here on.

Excellent job. Last minute the axle clip broke. Shope had the parts and it was done early the next morning. Have always done a great job and they always quote the price you pay ahead of time,so there is no question.

Unlike other places that tell me verything thats wrong with my car needs to be fixed immediately and take my ignorance forgranted, Northtown took the time to explain to me the issues i was having. They explained why I would to get it fixed and put no pressure on me to understand or have them fix it now. I wish i would have started coming to them sooner!

Thanks for the kind words Cat! We are always happy to help our customers make educated decisions with their vehicles. Like they say "Knowledge is Power," this applies to cars as well because there are very few good surprises when it comes to vehicles. So better to know what may be coming up in the future with a car - not to be scared by the potential failures or repairs but to be knowledgeable and aware of the possibilities and plan accordingly.

It is a real clean and organized office and the front desk staff are very nice and efficient. Helpful tips were given to learn what paperwork was needed to get our instate license plates after moving to Missouri recently. I recommend this place. My car was taken care of quickly and they told me what I needed to do to my car for its upkeep. My husband knows cars and he agreed with them on what needed to get done. Ariel S.

I wish there was a way to give Northtown Auto Clinic 6 Stars !! Last Saturday afternoon my wife and I were traveling back to Illinois after a short vacation in the KC area. As we were heading south on I-29 the temperature indicator zoomed to H and I pulled over immediately. I called AAA and when they arrived the driver and I both looked at the problem. We both thought a blown water pump. He then towed us to Northtown (AAA approved garage) and we left the van there until Monday morning. Brett called me early Monday and, after testing, told me it was a bad thermostat, thank goodness. They installed the new one quickly and we were on our way home, problem fixed. They were fair, responsive, and VERY professional. Thanks, Northtown, from a former stranded motorist in need !
