These guys are awesome. Bret took great care of me and kept me informed the whole time my car was with them. He was completely up-front about the costs and didn't try to sucker me into things I didn't want or need. He even stopped me as I was about to dial Enterprise for a rental and gave me a loaner for no charge--all he asked was that I replace the gasoline I used.
very professional personnal here. i normally do my own car work but if i should ever need anything beyond my ability - i would go here. i would and have recommended this place to others.
I was provided great service. It was the first time I brought a vehicle for service but I was extremely pleased and will be bringing my vehicles back. I received numerous calls regarding options and pricing and I appreciated the amount of time I was given. I also thought the charges were competitive and fair.

I always take my vehicles to Northtown Auto for oil changes. They schedule me quickly and do a great job. This time I also had a nail in my tire which they patched in a timely manner. They also noted my air filter was dirty and I had them change it. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Great job guys!

Northtown Auto Clinic just rocks. Not only do they have laser like guided bomb accuracy in diagnosing what is wrong and correcting the issue, they even took me home where I could comfortably wait and picked me up when my no longer ailing vehicle was ready!
Jeff and Brett took good care of my car. Brought it in for a starting issue, told them I thought it was the starter. Jeff did a thorough diagnosis and found neg battery cable bad. Gave me options on other concerns. I will go back again! Mike
