found the problem - fixed it - on time at at the estimated price

I had one of my signal lights go out over a weekend, so I called early Mon morning and they were able to squeeze me in. I am usually heading out of town on Mondays, so to have them get me in right away was very helpful. The entire time (getting a replacement bulb ordere, delivered & installed) took a little under an hour. Thanks again, NTA, for great service!

Ed and Bret and all the guys are incredibly friendly and helpful. Souls of honesty, too, which as a woman I particularly value in the world of car repair.

My questions were answered. I was given choices. What work I requested was completed to my satisfaction and in the time frame I desired. I know they keep good records and will keep me informed of any potential hazards. They take my safety seriously and I appreciate that!

I had very good service

I have been taking our family vehicle to NAC for several years now and am always pleased with the high quality of service...both on the vehicle and customer service. The staff are always courteous and respectful. (I have actually been to places that treated me like dirt because I am a female customer...who isn't supposed to know anything about cars!) the shop and lounge are always neat and orderly, and when needed, either a ride back to my home or a courtesy car has been available. They have rec'd some of the highest ratings & awards for service in the industry.
