I am always very satisfied with the work done at Northtown Auto Clinic. When there is a lot of expensive work that needs to be done to my car, they help sort out the priorities of what needs to be fixed immediately and the things that will require replacement in the future. I never feel they are trying to pressure me into fixing more than what needs to be done.

Northtown Auto Clinic goes above and beyond to try and make their customers happy. I've always been pleased and have never hesitated to recommend this place to others when I hear they are looking for a good place to have work done and they are worried about the shop taking unfair advantage of them.

When you have an emergency situation, they go out of their way to help. Glad to have them in North Kansas City.
