Northtown Auto Clinic is outstanding. I have a Diesel engine passenger vehicle and have had a problem getting anyone to even look at it. Not only did Northtown fix my car, they were confident, straightforward and honest. The drop box was really convenient and easy. I will never take my car anywhere else and I highly recommend them.

When I saw their post about their pickup and return delivery service it sounded perfect for my car needs which I had been avoiding. I contacted them by phone and we set up my appointment which was for regular service type needs. Everything worked like a charm. My car is now back in its little carport and I am very confident it will be in good shape when I need to go somewhere. They get 5 stars from me.

You don't stick around in the service industry this long without having an operation that continually improves upon itself and can keep up with the times. These guys run a tight ship, follow best practices, and put care in their workmanship. They turn things around quickly, but never hastily. If only human clinics were this efficient. When it comes to customer service, they check all the boxes. They are always understanding and helpful, going above and beyond in order to ensure that all of my needs have been met and that all of my concerns have been properly addressed. They are very communicative, taking the time to explain things, sending pictures, and even have a useful website. Make sure to show up early because their service bays are always full.
