They did a really spectacular job replacing my AC condenser!!

When you drive a vehicle creeping up on 20 years old knowing that your service shop is watching out for possible problems is imperative. Northtown Auto Clinic has a great electronic record system that insures they know what's been done and what needs be done. Having Northtown Auto Clinic maintain my car lets me head out on the road with confidence.

Great group of people here. Very professional and have friendly and communicative customer service. It was Brett and Erin who I delt with. I was very worried about my car making a humming noise after I hit a curb and blew out a tire. I thought I had some major damage to multiple parts. I brought it in for a diagnosis and they found out it was the wheel bearing inside the wheel hub assembly. I was offered the more expensive Napa part first but pressed a little more and got a cheaper alternative(with a lesser warranty). They had me fixed up the next day. I was a little bitter about what it cost me but after doing some research and calling other places, I discovered that they were right in the ballpark of what anyone else would charge. They were very strait forward and emailed me the rundown of what everything would cost be for doing the work. They fixed my problem and I haven’t had a problem since. I even got a nice handwritten thank you card mailed to me after my work was complete. I trust them as my local auto mechanic shop.

When I moved to Kansas City I tried several automotive shops. It's very hard to find a trustworthy repair shop. I am so happy to have a trustworthy professional place to take my cars...good service at a reasonable price!

Very nice and friendly staff. Provided me with a car when mine needed to stay in the shop for more than a day. Always timely and will call with updates if there is something else going on with the car. Pretty average pricing for what I have had fixed.

I've always drove past this place, never giving much thought. But when my car was giving me trouble, my insurance company recommended North Town Auto Clinic. Was pleased with the results and the low cost as opposed to going to one of the "big name" shops where you're paying for the "NAME". I will recommend to friends and family!

Attention and care for my old truck was commendable. Unfortunately, diagnostic reading didn't find ultimate answer for false reading on dash board. Perhaps when a truck is as old as mine is, it could be a number of issues. How about a 4.5 star rating. Thanks for trying your best.
