I called and spoke to Erin to make an appointment for a vehicle inspection. She asked when and what time, I said today at 10am. She just happened to have an opening. Brought my car in a little early and I was immediately asked for my info and the keys. Great customer service and a detailed explanation of what work was done and future work that will need attention.

as always, I trust your service. as a single lady, cant always say that about most service locations, regardless if car or whatever. I know that you will not try to take advantage of me or scam me. They did a really spectacular job replacing my AC condenser!!
