After getting the runaround from several repair shops, I've found Northtown. They eliminated the noises that I were coming from my car, and even charged me less than their estimate, when they found that I didn't need a part. I would recommend Northtown to everyone who wants someone to fix their car without charging an arm and a leg.

These guys are awesome. Bret took great care of me and kept me informed the whole time my car was with them. He was completely up-front about the costs and didn't try to sucker me into things I didn't want or need. He even stopped me as I was about to dial Enterprise for a rental and gave me a loaner for no charge--all he asked was that I replace the gasoline I used.

I was provided great service. It was the first time I brought a vehicle for service but I was extremely pleased and will be bringing my vehicles back. I received numerous calls regarding options and pricing and I appreciated the amount of time I was given. I also thought the charges were competitive and fair.
