Brought my car in for diagnostics. While there’s a lot of work recommended, they were clear in which were immediate safety concerns vs repairs which should be considered in the future. I appreciated the system they use to show observed damage & itemized repair costs - it really helped with informed decision making. Within 5 hours of arrival diagnostics were complete, essential parts were replaced & I had my vehicle back. I didn’t need it but I did learn they offer loaner vehicles free of charge, when available. Erin was especially knowledgeable, friendly, & made the entire process easier to understand. I will not hesitate to use them in the future.
