Had an appointment for first thing in the morning. Left car. Arrived back at 4:30 PM. Received a "...oh..sorry. We had a busy day and didn't have time to look at your car." Unacceptable. There are too many great car service stations in Kansas City that will actually service your car... as scheduled. Life's too short. Take yours to someone else.

I'm comfortable having NAC work on my aging Infiniti. I've always been happy with the friendly, kind service I have received there.

Had a great experience here during a recent oil change and state inspection. They got me in next-day. The waiting area is cozy with a single cup coffee maker and two comfy couches. I was waiting there with my 6 month old baby, so having a cozy place to relax and play with her was nice. Fast food restaurants and a coffee shop nearby for folks that need to hang out for a while (instead of just dropping off).
