I became a customer by circumstance after my main battery quit and I needed a replacement for my 2008 Prius The business I purchased the battery from recommended Northtown Auto Clinic which is a considerable distance from where I live, and do business with a mechanic shop closer to me. I contact Northtown after doing some research of the business and they had high ratings from customers especially their expertise with Hybrid vehicles. I was advised to have the replacement battery shipped directly to their shop saving me from dealing with it. While at their shop my transmission gave out, and because of their service rating I worked with them to find and install a used transmission in the price range I gave them. My Prius is running great. I am very pleased with the service, the staff and the great results. Traveling the extra miles for their service is a small price to pay and know I will be treated fairly. I highly recommend them especially for their knowledge of Hybrids.

I really appreciate the extra effort Northtown Auto Clinic put in when checking my SUV before an oil change. A clamp broke and stalled my car an they had it towed back and a new clamp put on at no charge. Thank You!

They have always treated me good. And have been waiting in their waiting room and overheard other conversations between them another customers. I believe they are a good honest repair shop not going to try to sell you something you don't need
