I always enjoy the car and customer service I get at Northtown Auto Clinic. They really dig into any issue you bring up to them and work on replicating it and then resolving it. They let you know what's coming up for car maintenance so I can plan ahead and not be surprised next time I come in. They are also really good at talking you through any issues or potential issues with your car. They give you as much information as you want and are always available to answer as many questions as you have.

First auto-shop that I enjoy going to and hearing from! They take any problem you tell them about your car seriously. They give you a ton of information about any upcoming maintenance you should plan for and why. Before bringing my car here I always felt like car shops were just there to screw me over. I never knew why they were doing things and they never seemed to value any issues I brought up to them. Here it's completely different! I feel comfortable talking about my car and they make sure I understand everything they checked out on my car.

I am so glad that 2 years ago I discovered Northtown Auto Clinic. I have had nothing but excellent service here. From the time you bring in your car for maintenance or repairs the staff there keeps you informed as to car diagnosis all the way. I thoroughly trust them.

Had an oil leak in my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. They found it and repaired it the same day. Great job! They even saved us money on the upcoming 90,000 mile service. Brad, Erin, and Whitney are very professional and explain what's wrong in plain language.
