In addition unlike other car shops, we love to take care of our customers by offering a lifetime parts AND labor warranty on many of our repairs. Because of this, it's unfortunately impossible to offer bottom dollar repairs. Came in with no appointment to get all new brakes. I was quoted same day repair but they couldn't get the part in time so they offered a free loaner without hesitation. The car was done first thing the next day. While some might be upset about the delay, I was impressed with how they handled it.

I was a 1st time customer at NAC, and im a firm believer that 1st impressions make a world of difference. I found NAC to be friendly, informative, and overall professional. Finding a new auto mechanic can be daunting experience, so its great to have an establishment identity your primary issue, as well as give you a heads up on other issues you may or may not have been aware of without forcing services on you that could possibly wait for your next visit/appointment. Friendly, prompt, very thorough and experienced service. I recommend the more extensive inspection, especially if it's your first time or it's been a while. They are not pushy. They will give you their findings and recommendations and you decide what you would like done and when. Unlike some other places, I feel confident the work was done and done right.
