I had a peculiar issue happening with my vehicle and was able to call Northtown Auto Clinic and get in extremely fast. I feel like Erin and her team did very thorough testing with my vehicle and gave me some great feedback and follow-ups to go after on my end. I think this place is super easy to work with, very knowledgeable and communicative. If I need further assistance, I will be going back here for help.

I had issues with another shop when I was trying to get my Missouri Inspection. I had to wait outside only to see that they were not going to show. I was able to make an appointment with Northtown and it was super quick. The team was super friendly and even had water out for me. Would 10/10 recommend for an inspection. The way that they talked about cars made me feel good about how much they knew. Would take my car here for service as well.
