Always get detailed and frequent updates on my vehicles when in for service. The service department seems to really know the workings and mechanical aspects of cars and are able to fully explain what they are doing or need to do to get my cars back on the road. They also do a thorough inspection of my cars to alert me to things under the hood or under the car that I might not realize need addressed.

When a shop makes you pay for a diagnostics, they don’t know what there doing. Couldn’t fix a clock spring because it’s “risk the airbag going off”
