Northtown Auto was incredibly awesome at my most recent visit (and in the past btw). They looked into a problem with my vehicle that was under warranty and documented well, giving me a detailed rundown both over the phone and later when I had questions in the shop. They spent the time to discuss what my options were, and made sure they got a best effort in identifying the problem with multiple test drives to make sure it was alright. They stood behind their work saying if their comparably short diagnostic missed it, they would continue the rest of that more full diagnostic if it was a deeper issue. They are for sure my go to shop for their communication and transparency.

Thanks for helping me, truck broke down while doing a cross country trip. They got me in right away and fixed it as quick as they could, got a loaner car from them and had to spend the night in town. Truck breaking down wasn't in my plans, but my experience with North town Auto Clinic was great.

They don't seem to think too much of their fellow man.

You were paid way to much money to fix my car that ended up being worse after you had it. You were paid to fix any and all problems. You said I could drive it halfway across the country, only for it to break down 2 weeks later. You caused an oil leak that is causing even more damage. You put in a bolt too big and punctured my radiator. You were paid thousands to fix problems and only caused more. So here I am paying thousands more to fix the problems you caused. I highly recommend any other shop besides this one. I would sue if I could afford it but I have to spend my money fixing your mistakes.
