Years ago I gave you all EXCELLENT REVIEWS. Extremely disappointed with the treatment that I have received this morning due to forgetting an appointment. A customer should NEVER be talked to rudely or hung up on due to forgetting an appointment. Life happens people! As customers, we do have a right to change our mind on a location. My second time having to reschedule an appointment for my current vehicle and this is the treatment that I have received. I hope the customer service gets better. I have brought two other vehicles to you all for business and have been treated like this. Never again.

Had a flat tire at 4:30 on a Friday. They got me right in, it couldn't be fixed, and I had a new tire on Monday. Awesome people, and great price. Will be going back most definitely.

I've had a tire fixed and an inspection done at Northtowne Auto Clinic. They were able to get me in quickly both times. They did not try to sell me services I did not need.
