From the second I phoned Northtown Auto Clinic until I left I was treated courteously. Erin's customer service is impeccable whether on the phone or in person! My car was repaired expertly, within the cost estimate and was ready slightly earlier than projected. We are very pleased with Northtown Auto Clinic and not only will be back but we will reccomend them to all of our friends and co-workers!

Work done on schedule, and was thorough. What I want from someone taking care of my car.

I am from out of town. I recently had trouble with my alternator. I had my car towed to North Town to have it repaired. After the tech looked at my car he stated that the clutch was “all the way to the floor”. I found it odd because my husband has been a mechanic for 30 years and had just gone through it(throw out bearing, pressure plate, shifter sleeve, etc). Then when I said no I did not need them to “fix” my clutch the tech came back and told me that my belt was bad and the tensioner was stuck. My husband had removed the belt the day before with no issue. I believe that this shop tries to use scare tactics to up sell! Please be mindful when you take your vehicle here!

My first experince was very impressive! My AC did not work and I thought my compressor was bad. They called me back about a Hour and half after droping my car. MY AC was fine once they removed the Cardboard I placed in front radiator in January , and forgot about ! My Cardboard job in January had blocled a sensor to the AC! They are very efficent, very polite and VERY HONEST!
