Erin and her team are easy to work with and they do exceptional work. The communication is top notch and when scheduling services we are able to get our vehicles in quickly. Our fleet work is completed in an efficient manner that allows us to get our vans moving back on the road.

I initially just came to this shop just to get a state inspection but have found a home for all of my cars needs! It quickly became clear that the service they provide is above and beyond what I would consider standard. If you’re lucky enough to deal with Erin at the front desk, you’re in good hands!

My dad advised me ~5 years ago to take my SUV to Northtowne Auto Clinic for a repair concern due to their high review scores and it’s the BEST decision I’ve ever made regarding my vehicle. The customer service is top notch, as well as quality of work. As a female, I greatly appreciate their work ethics in being honest with what repairs are needed, the cost, and prioritizing the order of repairs. Northtowne Auto Clinic has demonstrated during each of my visits their commitment to providing quality service/repairs and they have been able to determine auto issues other shops overlooked and/or were neglectful in ensuring the correct parts were ordered/installed, and offered via pictures, in person demonstration and explanations for repairs in laymen’s terms. Though their prices may be higher than other shops, this is the perfect example of you get what you pay for and it’s ALWAYS worth it to me. Northtowne Auto Clinic is the only shop I will now take my vehicle to for auto repairs, tire rotations, oil changes, etc!
