I had to have labor intensive suspension work done on my car and Northtown Auto Clinic had no problem taking it on when others wouldn’t touch it. They did excellent work and Marcos kept me informed throughout the repair. The work was not cheap but way less than trying to replace the car and I really appreciate that!

The work I needed done was very labor intensive and was not cheap. Certainly cheaper than trying to replace the car, though. It was difficult to find a shop that would take it on. Northtown Auto Clinic didn't hesitate. They did an excellent job and I really appreciate them helping me extend the life of my car. Marcus was very friendly and informative throughout the whole process. Thank you!

Honestly I adore Erin? I hope that’s how you spell it. She’s so kind and honestly beautiful Lol, I called in to change some clamps and they let me know they were the wrong size, they test drove my car to make sure it ran okay. I already knew previously that my alternator was around 600-700 dollars. (so I wasn’t shocked by the estimate) Erin let me know that the issue was my alternator and not my battery. She gave me estimates every time something came up and they had my car done with new battery connector clamps and a new alternator in just about 6 or 7 hours. My car runs so smooth now. And to mention Marcus! Also a very kind gentleman, answered the phone efficiently and was very helpful. 😆

Friendly people but very strict on inspection failed me for one drop of fluid smaller then the size of a penny claimed it was coming from steering components brought my truck home cleaned up said component jacked the front end up left it running not leaking anywhere on any steering components
