Always nice, informative and a up until this last visit we have felt our services have been honest & reliable. We had a pre-purchase inspection at NTAC for my son’s 1st car- he saved a bunch of his own $, we were told all clear & the car looks good enough to purchase. Barely 3month goes by, the car starts running a lil’ funky—only to return to NTAC to be told now it needs over $4k in repairs and they then provided us with a rap sheet of all this stuff (28 items to be exact) is now happening- the items having issues were not something that goes bad over night- such as both front axles & tie rod ends. This comprehensive list would have been great during the inspection. Just felt a bit taken, didn’t feel like they did anything thorough for the inspection. Felt very sketchy to go from a 👍🏼 to oh but now it’s gonna be thousands of dollars and well beyond the value of the car- So to say the least we were a bit annoyed & disappointed. we have many other vehicles we bring here- I do think they are over priced but thought we were getting getting service & skills for the cost. Also- had to call 15mins before close to inquire about picking up my car day of… I was told it had been ready for a while & must have been overlooked- this was the second time that happened. Not planning to return with any of our vehicles.
