The folks there at Northtown are very knowledgeable. They are very good at notifying you of the process and what decisions need to be made. They do not usurp their authority but ask how you want to proceed with your repair.

I was first shocked at the 639.00 for a starter and diagnostic check but the car is running good so far and I'm appreciative I have a car back so thank you
