This was my first visit based on a recommendation from a friend. Definitely preferred working with these guys as opposed to a dealership. They got the issues diagnosed quickly and got the repairs done the same day. Was also able to get a ride back home while they worked on my car which saved me cab fare. Will definitely be a return customer for routine maintenance.

These guys are always honest, up front and quick. I always receive a call if they think more time is needed for diagnosis or repair. The work is quality and many jobs come with a warranty. This is not the cheapest place in town, but the prices are reasonable for the quality. These guys have a wall full of certifications and really know their stuff. If you care about your vehicle, take it here!

I'm a new customer, and was very happy with the professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge demonstrated by Bret and the rest of the staff. They were very thorough in checking over a potential new car purchase, and then in providing me with items found on my own vehicle that needed to be addressed. I was able to leave my car to be repaired and was provided a loaner free of charge, which was another unexpected dividend.

My vehicle was towed in. They accessed the problem that day, It was a problem where the part they needed had to be ordered it was Friday when ordered and the part would not be available until the following Monday. They offered a loaner car but I did not need one but it was still nice that they had it available. First time I used them it seems that they have quality mechanics on hand.

Getting new tires put on my car was almost painless. Okay, the cost of quality tires can be a jolt to the budget, but the experience at Northtown Auto Clinic is always smooth and efficient. I know they have my safety in mind and though that is their first priority, they look after my budget too. They saved me $200 on the tires they recommended saying the Michelin tires I asked for would not have given me $200 extra value over the Uniroyals I ultimately purchased. The tires perform beautifully and give me good traction in wintry conditions. These guys are the greatest. I especially recommend this facility to women who have had bad treatment at other repair shops. The staff is always courteous and respectful.
