So comforting to know that my car has been checked out by friendly and caring professionals before a winter road trip.

These guys are awesome. Bret took great care of me and kept me informed the whole time my car was with them. He was completely up-front about the costs and didn't try to sucker me into things I didn't want or need. He even stopped me as I was about to dial Enterprise for a rental and gave me a loaner for no charge--all he asked was that I replace the gasoline I used.

Your service is always excellent. I have a 1996 Saab and your shop always does a great job taking care of it. Thanks!

Great job guys! They went extra mile to drop me off and pick me up from work. Pricing was a little bit higher compared to what i usually pay in Chicago but it was nothing outrageous. When there was a little misunderstanding with price, they worked with me to reduce it. I will definitely recommend them to other folks.

My experience with Northtown Auto Clinic was excellent. I needed to have an inspection and could only leave work during my lunch hour and the mechanics there made sure I was able to have that completed and be back at work when I needed to. I will definitely use them again!
