On a trip from Iowa to Texas we had a cooling fan break, in the middle of July. They were able to fit us in and back on the road in a very reasonable time and at a very fair price. They were very professional and if we weren't a few hundred miles from home would use them for all our auto service.

Bret is the best! He always answers all my questions and explains the repair. They work with my schedule to get my vehical in and out as quickly as possible.

Northtowne does a very good job of servicing my SUV and keeping me posted of any upcoming repairs needed. They dont offer you services you dont need. They also have excellent customer service. I feel confident bringing my car here!
