Great service, friendly staff.

I was very impressed with this place and I'm happy that a friend recommended Northland Auto Clinic to me. They were VERY professional and went above and beyond with communication and detailed info about my vehicle. Both Erin and the mechanic explained what was completed and what would be recommended without feeling pressured into doing more than what was asked. I will definitely be returning to this place again for any other vehicle maintenance or repair.

Quick, polite and professional service. Most importantly, they were honest with me and did not try to sell me on parts or service I didn't have to have. I've taken my Jeep here twice and have had great service both times.

Erin was very friendly and provided excellent customer service. When my Honda was done she gave a detailed explanation of what was done and future work that needed attention. I will be bringing my vehicles here in the future.

I called and spoke to Erin to make an appointment for a vehicle inspection. She asked when and what time, I said today at 10am. She just happened to have an opening. Brought my car in a little early and I was immediately asked for my info and the keys. Great customer service and a detailed explanation of what work was done and future work that will need attention.
