We got our Van fixed here before we left to Colorado. Customer service was nice but with the amount of money that was spent to fix our van not even a month later a certain part they installed broke which then broke another part leaving us stranded in Colorado for three weeks which in turn made us spend quite a decent amount of money. The negligence from the mechanics here but also from Napa has been saddening. Please just be aware that even if they finish it fast doesn’t mean it was done effectively. Thank you.

(also to add since we are getting updates: They welded incorrect ball joints to both control arms of the van and messed up a lot of the threads) not okay.

The staff and friendly and professional. The options of courtesy drop off/pick up rides and use of a loaner car during car repair are very helpful. My auto repairs are explained in advance, options for repair are explained and I am provided both the estimate up front, as well as the final price prior to pick up of my vehicle.
