Took my vehicle here for an inspection. They got me in quick, got the inspection done quick, were clear about fixes, and got those done at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

They responded to an immediate need. They diagnosed the problem. They repaired it for the quoted price. And the car works beautifully. Great service.

A friend of mine referred me to Northtown Auto Clinic about a year and a half ago - I was in the middle of a complete nightmare after a car inspection at the dealership. They were THE BEST! They explained exactly what needed to be done and what didn't and took care of it right away. I have a different vehicle now and have been back a few times. It's super easy to get in, the costs have been exactly what they estimated, and they have a perfect little area where I can sit and work while I wait. Best of all, they don't make me feel clueless or pressure me into anything. I've run into that at a lot of auto repair places. But, I always feel comfortable here and won't go anywhere else!

Very pleasant people. But I know for a fact that when I came in to get my car inspected, everything was in superb condition on my car. But, they came and said, that my windshield wipers were torn. They were inspected before I got there days prior. There were no tares to my wipers. And it seemed very suspicious, that they both were torn in the same places. I told them my wipers were not torn. I am not pleased with this at all. I believe they were torn just to make money off of me. I will not be back, after I thought about what happened.
