I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Although more than I wanted to put into the vehicle it was explained to me in the perfect way that even I could understand. Not only will I be a returning customer for life but have already told several people exactly where to take their cars if they have any issues.

As a Cerner employee, Northtown Auto Clinic is the perfect solution for car maintenance and repairs. They allow you to drop your car off in the morning and give you a free ride to and from work!As far as service, they provide honest feedback and do not suggest a bunch of unnecessary work (I have trust issues from getting burned by previous auto stores). They figured out an issue my car has been having this past year for under $50, both for investigating and fixing it!I trust Northtown Auto and recommend them to anyone in the area.

First off I am EXTREMELY picky who works on my Volvo. I only trust Northtown Auto and the dealership for care of my car. Northtown Auto has ALL the equipment the dealership does and most times even more up-to-date software! NA (Northtown auto) is always professional, give you honest and prioritized repair issues of what NEEDS to be fixed and what can wait. Their ASE mechanics do great work and I always can tell a great mechanic has worked on it just by how it drives right out of the garage. From my history with them, I would ALWAYS be comfortable taking my or referring anybody's vehicle to them. Ed is a great owner/operator. And Bret will give you a rundown of what has been discovered. Ed and his staff always do a good job and are very professional. This time they thought ahead and saw I would need an MVI very soon. They called and reminded me of this, so I authorized the work. They saved me a trip and that was really appreciated.

I was kept in the loop throughout the process, and as it progressed I was told about what was found, what needed to be done to correct it and the cost involved. All in all I am pleased with the results.

Excellent customer service. Gave me a speedy estimate on a repair. Even though I chose not to complete the repair at this facility, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about giving me car advice.
