Excellent customer service. Gave me a speedy estimate on a repair. Even though I chose not to complete the repair at this facility, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about giving me car advice.

Very honest, straightforward and thorough. Even though I took my vehicle and did the repairs myself, I was still treated with courtesy, and they even gave me some helpful hints. I will definitely be back again and again. After all, I can't do everything! This is my new shop.

In this case we had non-functional air conditioning. :(Even though repairs were more than we were comfortable with and prepared to spend, these folks do a good job and I would recommend them to others. We only have one vehicle, and they are always accommodating to transport us home and pick us up after our vehicle is ready.

Brett and the mechanics at Northtown diagnosed my car's problems and so far so good on the rebuild of my engine. They stayed with their estimate on a comprehensive engine rebuild and like I said, the car engine is running smoothly and they warrantied their work for 3 years and 36,000 miles.
