Outside of the 4 separate "Should be done by this time", the service was great and all those I communicated with provided a great customer experience. I was originally told it would be done by end of day, then early in the morning, then early afternoon, and then finally 4:30 pm and I had to be the one to call to get updates that it was taking longer. Other than that, the service was great and I felt strongly that my problem was addressed reasonably and appropriately.
